This class consist of simple & easy full-body moves for EVERYONE'S body. Combined along with breath techniques, meditation, & vibrational sound healing, This can provide deep relaxation for the mind, body, & Spirit. Bring your yoga mat & come relax!  

Check-in is at 3:30 and yoga class begins at 4:00 pm SHARP!
