This session is for those who need a quick alignment or chakra tune up! An attunement can help remove any lower vibrations. Reiki is a traditional Japanese stress reduction technique that facilitates life force energy into the body’s relaxation response & natural healing abilities. Clearing out what no longer serves you on a physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual level. Clients will also be provided with tools such as meditations, holistic remedies, and more based on each persons individual needs.
