Sunset yoga consist of simple & easy full-body moves for EVERYONE'S body. Combined along with breathing techniques, meditation, & vibrational sound healing, this can provide deep relaxation for the mind, body, & Spirit. Bring your yoga mat & come relax! Check-in is at 5:15 and yoga class begins at 5:30pm SHARP.
